Delivery Policy

1. General Information

The availability of products determines the fulfillment of all orders. Should an item be unavailable at the time of purchase, we will promptly inform you. In such instances, we will provide a refund for the total order amount using the original payment method.

 

2. Delivery Location

Our products are solely intended for delivery to addresses within Malaysia. Unfortunately, we do not facilitate shipments outside of Malaysia at this juncture.

 

3. Delivery Time

Upon placing your order, an estimated delivery time will be provided. Please note that delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, not the order date. They are provided for guidance purposes and are subject to acceptance and approval of your order.

We strive to fulfill your order within [15] business days from the date of your order, unless exceptional circumstances arise. Business days refer to Monday to Friday, excluding holidays.

Please be aware that we do not ship on Sundays. The actual delivery date may vary depending on carrier shipping practices, delivery location, delivery method, and the items ordered. Additionally, products may be delivered in separate shipments.

The shipping costs for your order are determined by its weight and the chosen delivery method. To calculate the shipping charges for your order, add the desired items to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once you reach the checkout screen, you will see the applicable shipping charges.

Please note that additional shipping fees may apply for deliveries to remote areas or for oversized or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

Sales tax will be applied based on the province or territory to which the item is being shipped.
